First Training Session of the Year: Uniting and Energizing for a New Chapter

      To further unify thoughts, consolidate consensus, and stimulate enthusiasm, on the afternoon of March 1st, HONLE Group organized the first training session of the year for all management personnel and the foreign trade sales team. The training was conducted by General Manager Feng Junfeng himself.

      The training session utilized PowerPoint presentations and included vivid case studies from the company's founder (Chairman Feng Jingang) and Manager Feng's own entrepreneurial experiences. It covered four major aspects: development history, regulations and policies, corporate culture, and strategic planning. The 1.5-hour session was inspiring for the 30-plus managers and sales team members present, filling them with confidence in the company's thriving development.

      During the meeting, Manager Feng first outlined the company's development history and then emphasized the importance of regulations and corporate culture, particularly focusing on attendance systems, etiquette, image standards, and 5S management. He stated, "A good company should excel in all aspects and be beyond reproach. To achieve excellence across the board, one must start with the details and the small things." He urged department managers to be responsible and proactive in their roles. In terms of system management, they should lead by example, strictly enforce and monitor management rules; next, in safety, Manager Feng started with a video case study on an accident, spreading safety knowledge from multiple perspectives and dimensions, and instructed the administrative department to develop a long-term safety training plan, regularly organize safety trainings to engrain safety awareness in every employee's mind, ensuring constant vigilance; finally, Manager Feng also introduced the company's future development and both domestic and international strategic layouts. He announced, "As of now, the company has established subsidiaries in Tanzania, Uganda, Ivory Coast, and Uzbekistan, and plans to expand in the near future to countries like Russia and Angola, progressively globalizing and continuously exploring overseas sales markets."

      During the training, Manager Feng also shared insights on the success of Yue Yunpeng and classic scenes from 'Dream of the Red Chamber' through videos, inviting everyone to appreciate the language arts and interpersonal strategies in these great works. He encouraged all managers and sales personnel to analyze and explore the deep meanings and consider whether the exemplary qualities of legendary characters could provide inspiration and learning opportunities.

      At the end of the training, Manager Feng hoped that all management, through this first session of the year, would "regroup and reposition," clearly understand their responsibilities and goals, reinforce their mission and commitment, and strive hard for the new targets set for 2024.
