Honle Group Organizes Comprehensive Employee Product Knowledge Training

      To enhance employees' knowledge and professional skills, Honle Group held an intensive product training session on the afternoon of May 29. This session was attended by the foreign trade team, the complete sets division, quality technicians from the circuit breaker division, relevant workshop managers, and new employees. The class was led by the company's chief engineer, Yang Yongqing.

      The training focused on two main product lines: complete high and low-voltage switchgear cabinets and integrated primary and secondary fusion pole-mounted circuit breakers. These products are not only the company's flagship offerings but also the most successful items in recent bids.

      Chief Engineer Yang first explained the meanings of the product model codes, crucial for understanding the company's voltage stabilizers, power transformers, switchgear, and ring main units. For example, the model code KYN28A-24 stands for armored withdrawable AC metal-enclosed switchgear: K stands for metal-clad, Y for withdrawable, N for indoor type, 28A for design number, and 24 for rated voltage (KV). He said, "To standardize product naming, every model code in our company has a specific meaning. Learning what each part of the model code stands for is the first step in understanding product knowledge."

      He then detailed the company's complete product series, starting with the ring main unit series. This included an overview of the series, product structure, performance features, single-line diagrams, and schematic diagrams. He also highlighted the ZW32 series integrated standard pole-mounted circuit breaker, discussing product classification, main parameters, key components, and performance features. This comprehensive overview included insights into voltage stabilizers and vacuum circuit breakers, enhancing the team's product expertise.
