Honle Group Enhances Skills with Product Training

To boost the skills of its foreign trade team, Honle Group recently held two product knowledge training sessions. Aimed at foreign trade sales, operations, and procurement staff, the sessions were led by voltage stabilizer engineer Yan Hualei and transformer technician Jiang Chuang.

The training focused on the company's key products: transformers and voltage stabilizers. Topics included product categories, model significance, technical parameters, operational principles, and applications. The speakers also shared tips on conveying product value to clients, assessing technical requirements, and key points for order placement.

During the Q&A session, staff asked about common production and technical issues, which the experts addressed comprehensively.
