OVERVIEW

 

FHLX-PV lightning protection combiner box is to combine the DC input of up to 24 photovoltaic cell module strings into one or more outputs. Each channel is equipped with a fuse, and the output is equipped with a lightning protector and a circuit breaker, which greatly simplifies the DC power distribution cabinet and the input wiring of the inverter. Provide lightning protection, short circuit protection and grounding protection. Combiner boxes are divided into two types: intelligent and non-intelligent. The intelligent lightning protection combiner box is equipped with a confluence monitoring unit, which can monitor the input current of each photovoltaic cell string, the total output voltage, the temperature in the box, the status of the lightning protection device, and the circuit breaker.

 

The internal layout of the device is simple and clear, and the wiring is neat and reasonable. High reliability and simple maintenance. Outdoor wall-mounted installation, can adapt to various harsh environments. In addition to the relevant core components, others can be customized according to user requirements.

 

 

 

Features

 

● The protection level of the combiner box reaches IP65, which is waterproof, anti-dust, anti-rust, and anti-salt spray, and meets the requirements of outdoor installation;

 

● It can be connected to up to 24 batteries in series at the same time;

 

● The positive and negative poles of each battery string are equipped with photovoltaic special fuses to protect the module strings in case of failure. The supporting use of seat and fuse reduces the owner's future maintenance costs and effectively protects the personal safety of maintenance personnel;

 

● Adopt special high-voltage surge protector for photovoltaics to protect the positive pole to ground and negative pole to ground of the converging busbar, and the continuous working voltage (Uc) can reach 1000VDC;

 

● The power module in the combiner box can be connected to a maximum photovoltaic voltage of 1000DCV;

 

● The combiner box measurement and control module adopts reliable Honeywell Hall element (DC CT sensor), collecting and monitoring the current and busbar voltage, both alarming and locating local fault, and measuring the temperature in the combiner box, detecting the status of the lightning protection device and output circuit breaker, etc.;

 

● The monitoring module in the combiner box has a digital display function, which can display on the device the current of each string of components, the bus voltage, the temperature in the combiner box, the state of the circuit breaker lightning protection device, the system power and equipment address and other related information;

 

● RS485/MODBUS-RTU serial port communication;

 

● Lightning protection with external interface;

 

● Can receive parameter downloads from local monitoring devices for analysis and processing;

 

● The working power of the combiner box can be selected from the external 220VAC/DC or the power supply provided by the combiner box itself. If the power supply is provided bythe combiner box itself, there is no need for separate wiring for power supply on site.
